I have some friends who like to make really elaborate cakes and foodstuffs, which is great for me. But I’ve never seen the point of that kind of effort over something that’s going to be gone within 5 seconds of getting close to my face.
This kind of obsessive though…this appeals to me. A monument to my post-ironic Martha Stewart imitating obsessiveness that could quite possibly outlive me? Sign me the hell up. Everyone who ever used that whiz palace would come out going, “oh my GOD, Courtney,” and they wouldn’t mean it as a compliment but I’d take it as one anyway.
