Another inspiration photo that is very revealing:
1. I love jewel tones and dark colors in bedrooms. My bedroom now is a deep green, the new one will be turquoise. (Although just how turquoise has yet to be settled - I’m advocating for a very green-blue Tiffany Box type of color. The Companda hasn’t seen the color samples in person yet, so it’ll get settled this weekend.)
2. I love having a bunch of photos on a wall, unified by common matting and framing. (You would not know this about me to see my apartment, as I’ve never been able to afford to do this.)
3. Seriously; unending love for the dark, warm bedroom. I need to keep some of these colors in mind for the bedroom, since I’m afraid the bedroom will just end up very TURQUOISE!!!! without a balance of other colors. Then again, all the bedroom furniture is brown wood, so that’s a start.
